HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT FLEXITANK

BPS high temperature resistant flexitank with new heat-resistant material technology, is specially designed for bulk liquid cargo with high filling temperature such as bitumen, paraffin wax etc... Compared with general purpose flexitank, BPS high temperature resistant flexitank could withstand 60-130°c filling temperature. Loading temperature of bitumen flexitank can reach up to 130°C

• It can directly contact with liquids, without causing burns to the film, thus avoiding the risk of leakage due to high temperatures during loading and transportation
• The high-temperature-resistant film independently developed can withstand the high temperature of filling goods. and various transportation risks
• The films with special recipe effectively resist chemical reactions that may be caused by high temperature liquids to ensure the quality of loaded product
• With automatic exhaust valve(air vent), the air pressure in the flexitank will automatically release when it exceeds 5kPo to ensure safe and secure transport
• The outer protective layer uses a one-time molded overall PP bag to maximizes protection strength
